Virginia Teager
Virginia began making beaded jewelry in her teens. Her style has evolved into what she describes as design with a bohemian flair. Her delicate pieces are composed of semi-precious stones, vintage beads, flea-market finds, glass, and silver, among other materials. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from California State University, Northridge, in 1987, Virginia has a very successful career as a graphic designer, and is now Senior Art Director at Jensen Design Associates, Inc., in Long Beach, California. Though her daily work is creative, beading allows her to express her artistic side in a less-structured way.
